I will NEVER spend money or recommend anyone to this restaurant for as long as they are open. This is the POOREST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. So when I ordered $65 worth of food to be delivered, I was not expecting to get a phone call from the delivery service saying “they cancelled your order because they said they were too busy to make it”. What the heck? I’ve seen extended wait times, but in any restaurant To-go orders always take precedence because they are spending time and extra money to have their food delivered at a predetermined time. I’ve worked in restaurants and general management for 6 years, and never have I seen a restaurant cancel orders because they are “too busy”.
